I just finished this book–it was hard to put down. For me, what shines through almost every page is that Jesus is real. I was so stuck by the natural, normal ways that Jesus showed up in so many situations that Phillip and his friends encountered. The descriptions of the the way that Jesus worked through Phillip, a 6-year-old musical savant on the autism spectrum, and through Phillip’s friends, was so attractive. Reading this well-written book encouraged me trust Jesus more deeply in my own life.
